The relationship this is written for

Almost every Russian project in Beauty Sky’s record reached the UAE through a partner — an exhibition agency, an organiser, a regional development body or a national platform that already held the client relationship and needed the work produced and installed in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

That is the arrangement this page describes, and the terms that matter are the ordinary ones: the client stays with the partner who brought them, the work stays confidential to that relationship, and Beauty Sky does not approach the exhibitor separately. A delivery partner who competes with you for your own client is not a delivery partner.

The appointment can be build-only against a design you already own, or design and build where you would rather hand the whole thing across. Both are normal here.

What the record shows

Eleven projects delivered in the UAE with Russian partners between 2019 and 2025, alongside two more in Istanbul.

Gazprom at ADIPEC 2025 in Abu Dhabi. Novatek at Gastech 2021 in Dubai, at 400 m². The Made in Russia pavilion at Gulfood 2025. The Russia Pavilion at Arab Health 2019, 220 m². The Moscow Pavilion at the World Urban Forum, 400 m². ESTEL at Beautyworld Middle East 2023.

And Perm Region at ADIPEC four years running — 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, growing from 70 to 90 m². Repeat years are the part worth weighing from a partner’s side: they indicate a delivery line that did not create problems the partner had to absorb.

The shows this tends to involve

Energy first. ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi and Gastech account for the largest share of the record. Then Gulfood in Dubai for food and agriculture, most often as a national or regional platform rather than single stands. Arab Health for medical and pharmaceutical, and Beautyworld Middle East for cosmetics and personal care.

Each of those has its own page here, with the venue, the build-up conditions and what the hall demands of a stand.

What a partner actually hands over, and when

For a build-only appointment: the approved design, the drawing package, the specification, the stand number and area, and a clear responsibility matrix saying who owns venue approvals, electrics, rigging and any AV. The last of those saves more arguments than anything else on the list.

For design and build: the brief, the area, and what the stand has to achieve. The number that matters most is how many conversations need to happen at once and how private each must be — that sets the size more reliably than a budget does.

Freight and customs clearance into the UAE are not part of the service and sit with the forwarder, appointed early. Everything structural is produced in Dubai, so in most cases only the product travels.

Working across the two markets

Dubai is one hour behind Moscow, so the working day is genuinely shared rather than overlapping at the edges: drawings sent in the Moscow morning are reviewed the same morning in Dubai. Beauty Sky has Russian-speaking staff, and the projects above were run that way.

Build-up runs without the partner or the client on site if that is preferable — venue submission handled in Dubai, the stand finished before anyone flies — and an in-house hospitality team can staff the stand through the show. For a partner managing several exhibitors across a week, that is the difference between attending and being stretched across three halls.

National and regional platforms

Two of the strongest records here are not single companies. The Made in Russia pavilion at Gulfood 2025 brought producers together as one national platform, and Perm Region has run a regional presence at ADIPEC since 2022.

These are a different discipline from a corporate stand: each participating company needs a frontage it can sell from while the whole still reads as one region or one country from down the aisle, and the appointing client is an agency or a development body rather than the exhibitors. It is the shape Beauty Sky has delivered most often with Russian partners.
