A booth design that can actually be built.
A booth design is judged twice: by visitors in the aisle, and by the organiser's technical team before build-up. A design that looks right in a render but cannot be built inside the venue's rules, the budget or the build-up window gets changed on site, usually for the worse.

Our designers work next to the workshop. Every booth design is drawn with the materials, the structure, the power and the lighting it will actually use, so what you approve in 3D is what stands in the hall on opening day.
Brief. The show, the hall, the booth size and open sides, the audience and what the booth must achieve.
Concept. The idea, the layout and the visitor route, shown as a first 3D design.
3D visuals and revisions. The design refined with you until materials, graphics and lighting are fixed.
Technical drawings and approval. Construction, structure and electrical drawings submitted to the organiser and the venue.
Build. The same team fabricates the booth in our facility and installs it.

Exhibition booth design questions.
Is the 3D booth design free?
Yes. The first concept and 3D design are free, before any contract. Send the show, the booth size and what the booth has to do, and we return a concept you can walk through in 3D; you decide whether to go ahead once you have seen it.
Is booth design the same as stand design?
Yes. “Booth” is the usual word in the US and at technology shows; “stand” is the usual word in the UAE and Europe.
Do you design only, or design and build?
Both. Most clients take design and build together; we also build to a design supplied by an agency or an in-house team, and can design for a booth another contractor will build.
Can you design inside a shell-scheme booth?
Yes. A shell-scheme booth is the standard booth the organiser supplies, with walls, a fascia and basic lighting. We design and fit out inside it: graphics, counters, display units, flooring and lighting, within the organiser's rules for what may be fixed to the shell.

How early should booth design start?
Inside the ten-to-twelve-week window before the show, so the technical drawings are approved before the organiser's submission deadline and fabrication can start on time.
What do you need to start a booth design?
The show and year, the booth size and open sides, what the booth must do, your brand guidelines and logo files, and a budget range if you have one.
