Designed for one brand, not taken from a catalogue.
A custom exhibition stand starts from what the brand has to say and who it has to meet at the show, not from a system of panels. The shape, the materials, the lighting and the way a visitor moves through the space are all drawn for that one brief.

Because the stand is built in our own facility, the design is resolved against how it will actually be made: joinery, metalwork, spray finishing and large-format print sit on one production line, and the same team installs it at the venue.
Brief and concept. Show, hall, stand area, audience and what the stand must achieve, turned into a concept and a 3D design you can walk through before anything is made.
Technical design. Construction drawings, structure, power, lighting and AV resolved and submitted to the organiser and venue for approval.
Fabrication in Dubai. CNC routing, carpentry and joinery, metalwork, spray finishing and large-format printing in our own facility, with the stand pre-assembled before it leaves.
Installation and handover. Our own crew builds the stand in the hall during build-up and hands it over ready to open, then dismantles it after the show.

How much does a custom exhibition stand cost in Dubai?

How early should a custom stand be briefed?
Ten to twelve weeks before the show is comfortable for a custom build. Work back from the organiser's technical submission deadline rather than the opening date, because drawings have to be approved before fabrication starts.
What is the difference between a custom and a modular stand?
A custom stand is designed and fabricated for one brand and one show. A modular stand is built around a reusable frame with replaceable graphics, so it can travel to several shows. Many stands combine both: a custom front and a reusable structure behind it.
Do you design and build, or only build?
Both. We design the stand from your brief, or build to a design supplied by your agency or in-house team, with the technical drawings, approvals, fabrication and installation handled by us either way.
