Capability in motion
One completed project, shown through the audience’s point of view.
Process stages
Every exhibition design & build project moves through the same sequence, so creative intent, technical decisions and opening-day responsibility never separate.
Audience, ambition, venue realities and commercial objectives are made visible before design begins.
Spatial design and engineering develop together, while decisions are still economical to change.
Fabrication, quality control, procurement and logistics remain inside one accountable project line.
Installation, commissioning and handover converge at the exact moment the space must perform.
Where we deliver this
Venue rules, approvals, production interfaces and installation windows differ by market. These pages set out what changes for exhibition design & build in each one.
Before the first line
30 delivered stand projects since 2014, across 15 shows in 5 countries. Every one is listed on this page with its show, year and city.
Cosmoprof North America Miami, WHX Labs, Gulfood, Intersec, Beautyworld Middle East, ADIPEC, EBACE, Vape Show, ITM, Petroleum Istanbul, ArabPlast, Gastech, Big 5 Global, Expo 2020, World Future Energy Summit. Most run in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with the rest delivered in USA, Switzerland, Türkiye, Singapore. Stand design, engineering, fabrication and installation are handled by one team rather than subcontracted on.
Cost follows area, build height, whether the stand is single or double-decker, and how much joinery, media and storage it carries. A shell-scheme upgrade and a 200 sqm double-decker are different projects, so the useful first answer comes from the floor area, the hall and the opening date rather than from a rate card.
Beauty Sky does, as part of the build. Technical drawings, structural calculations where a venue requires them, rigging and power requests and the stand submission all run through the same delivery team that fabricates and installs.
Everything a custom stand needs, in a 15,000 m² facility in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai: CNC cutting, a carpentry and joinery workshop, metal fabrication and welding, spray finishing, and print and graphics production. Completed structures are stored for reuse at later shows. Because design, engineering, fabrication and installation run under one team, an approved drawing and the stand that opens are the same object rather than a handover between suppliers.
Yes, at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), ADNEC and the other venues on our calendar. A double deck adds structural calculations and a separate venue approval on top of the usual drawings, and both take time that has to be found at the start of a project rather than the end. If you want two storeys, the decision belongs in the first conversation.
Event, location, opening date, available area, audience, commercial objectives, required services and any known budget parameters.
Yes. Core project leadership remains accountable while venue knowledge, production and compliance expertise connect through the delivery network.
Timing depends on scale, approvals and location. Early engagement creates more room for creative development, engineering, procurement and risk control.
