We run the stand, not just build it.

Hosts and hostesses, models, bartenders, interpreters and catering — planned before the show and managed by our own team through every day of it.

Before the show, and through it

The work starts before the doors open.

Most hospitality is booked as bodies for the show days. Ours is planned in the weeks before: staff briefed on your product and your meeting schedule, the bar and catering set against the stand drawings, VIP areas prepared for the guests you already know are coming.

Through the show, an experienced supervisor runs the team on site — shifts, briefings and the changes that always come on day two — so your own people are selling rather than managing staff.

What we provide

What we put on your stand.

01

Hosts & hostesses

The first person a visitor meets

Front-of-stand hosts briefed on your product and on the questions that separate a buyer from a passer-by, so the first exchange starts the conversation instead of just pointing at a colleague.

02

Models & brand ambassadors

Presenting the product, not standing beside it

Trained to demonstrate and talk through what you are showing. Briefed from the same stand drawings as the build team, so they know the space and where each product sits before they arrive.

03

Bar & service staff

Bartenders, servers and floor service

A working bar changes how long people stay on a stand. Bartenders and service staff run it through the show, including the peaks around opening hours and hosted sessions.

04

VIP hospitality

For the guests who decide things

Private meeting areas kept ready, guests received by name, refreshments timed around your meeting schedule rather than the show's. Arranged before the show so nothing is improvised on the day.

05

Interpreters

So a language gap never picks your visitors

Interpreters for scheduled meetings and for the stand floor. On a Dubai show floor the visitor you cannot talk to is often the one who travelled furthest to be there.

06

Catering

Refreshments and hosted meetings

Food and drink planned around the stand layout, so service moves through the space instead of cutting across the area you paid for.

One group, one contract

Booked with the stand, not chased separately.

Hospitality works alongside Beauty Sky exhibition build and event production, so stand, staff and service are arranged through one team rather than three suppliers who have never met.

How Beauty Sky is structured

Before the show

Questions about stand hospitality.

Can I book hospitality without the stand?

Yes. Hospitality is arranged on its own if your stand is already built or built by someone else. It is simpler when both run on one contract, because the staff brief is written from the same stand drawings, but it is not a condition.

How far in advance should staff be booked?

As early as the stand. Show weeks concentrate demand across every exhibitor in the venue at once, so the earlier the brief lands, the more of the selection is still open — particularly for interpreters in a specific language pairing.

Are staff briefed on our product?

Yes. Hosts are briefed on what you sell and the questions that qualify a visitor, so the first exchange on the stand starts the conversation rather than just directing people to a colleague.

Can you cover the full run of the show?

Yes, including build-up and breakdown days where a venue requires cover. Shift patterns are set against the show's own opening hours rather than a fixed block.
