ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi delivery

Exhibition Stand Contractor at ADNEC Abu Dhabi

Stand design, production and installation at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, where the brief is a meeting venue first and a display second.

Local venue knowledge. Global delivery discipline.

Built for the real conditions of ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.

ADNEC is a delegation venue, and that changes the brief before anything is drawn. ADIPEC, IDEX and the World Future Energy Summit all run here, and much of the business happens in scheduled meetings rather than at the aisle — so the ratio of private to open space runs higher, and the structures are heavier, than at a Dubai consumer show of the same footprint. Twelve halls run from 3,167 to 7,919 m², most at a 10 metre ceiling and the largest at 13.5, which is why a double deck is a more ordinary request here than across the water. Production runs from our own facility in Dubai, so the transport sits inside our schedule rather than being handed to a local subcontractor on arrival.

Exhibition stand contractor questions in ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.

How high are the halls at ADNEC?

Most of the twelve halls are 10 metres to the ceiling, and the largest — 7,919 m² — is 13.5. That is higher than most of Dubai World Trade Centre, which is why a double deck is a more ordinary request in Abu Dhabi than across the water. The build height allowed for your stand is set by the organiser's manual.

How big are the halls?

Twelve halls from 3,167 to 7,919 m², with the Marina Hall adding 10,000 m², and roughly 55,000 m² of exhibition and event space in total.

Why do ADNEC stands have more meeting space?

Because ADIPEC, IDEX and the World Future Energy Summit are delegation shows. Much of the business happens in scheduled private meetings rather than at the aisle, so the ratio of enclosed to open space runs higher — and the structure is heavier — than at a Dubai consumer show of the same footprint.

Do you produce in Abu Dhabi or transport from Dubai?

Production runs from our own facility in Dubai and the stand is transported and installed by our own team. The journey sits inside our schedule rather than being handed to a local subcontractor on arrival.

Which shows does Beauty Sky build for at ADNEC?

ADIPEC, IDEX and the World Future Energy Summit. Each has its own planning page with dates, venue conditions and lead times.
