Stand hosts & hostesses
Welcome and first qualification
Greet visitors, find out who they are and what they came for, and hand the right ones to your sales team with the context already taken.

Services · Hospitality
Stand hosts, hostesses, models, brand ambassadors and interpreters for the major shows in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, briefed on your product and supervised on site.
Why a stand builder supplies staff
A hostess agency sends people. We build exhibition stands, so we start from how the stand works: where visitors enter, where the product sits, which room is for meetings and who needs to be standing where when the hall opens.
Your staff are briefed from that, and an on-site supervisor keeps them to it through every show day.

Welcome and first qualification
Greet visitors, find out who they are and what they came for, and hand the right ones to your sales team with the context already taken.
Presence on the stand
For launches, fashion, beauty and automotive stands where the product is presented on or beside a person, briefed like the rest of the team.
Talking through the product
Trained on your range so they can demonstrate it and hold a real conversation, not recite a line.
Meetings and the live floor
Booked for scheduled meetings or for the stand floor. Tell us the languages and the meeting schedule.
Guests received by name
Named guest reception and meeting-room hosting, kept to your schedule rather than the show's.
Bartenders, waiters and waitresses
Run the bar and the floor through visitor peaks and hosted sessions. See the stand catering packages.
How booking works
| Step | What you send or get |
|---|---|
| Your brief | The exhibition and city, dates, stand number and size, roles, languages and anything special about your guests. |
| Proposal | The team, the shifts and the price, planned against the show's opening hours. |
| Briefing | Your brand, your products and how leads reach your sales team. |
| Show days | The team on the stand, with a supervisor on site for shifts and changes. |
Before you book
Yes. We supply exhibition hostesses, stand hosts, models, brand ambassadors and interpreters for stands at Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City and ADNEC in Abu Dhabi.
Yes. Staff can be booked on their own. If we also build the stand, the staff brief is written from the same drawings.
A hostess or host welcomes visitors and qualifies them. A brand ambassador knows the product well enough to demonstrate it and talk it through. Many stands need both: one at the front, one at the product.
It depends on how many open sides the stand has, how many products need explaining and how busy the show is. Tell us the stand size and what visitors should do there, and we suggest numbers before you commit.
Before the show: your brand, your products, the questions that separate a buyer from a passer-by, and how to hand a lead to your team. Send your material and we build the briefing around it.
The dress code is agreed in the brief, around your brand and the stand. If you supply a uniform, tell us when you book so sizes can be arranged.
The price depends on the role, the number of staff, the show days and hours, and any language you need. Send the show, the dates and the roles and we return a proposal.
An on-site supervisor manages shifts, briefings and changes, so your team is not running the staff as well as the stand.
