What a Gulfood stand has to do.
Gulfood is a trading floor. Buyers walk the halls to source, so a stand has to show product clearly from the aisle, hold tasting and sampling without blocking flow, and give sales teams somewhere to sit down and close. We design and build custom exhibition stands for that brief — display, sampling counters, refrigeration, storage and meeting space as one delivery line — and national pavilions where a country’s producers share one floor.

What is Gulfood 2027?
Gulfood, organised by Dubai World Trade Centre, is one of the world’s largest food and beverage sourcing shows, with more than 8,500 exhibitors from 195 countries by its organiser’s count. Gulfood 2027 runs 15–19 March across two venues: Dubai World Trade Centre and the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai.

Who exhibits at Gulfood
Food and beverage producers and brands across dairy, meat and poultry, fats and oils, grains and pulses, beverages, health and wellness and world food, and national pavilions presenting a country’s producers under one mark. Established brands build custom exhibition stands with a tasting counter; smaller producers exhibit inside their country’s pavilion or on a shell-scheme booth.
Who attends
Importers and distributors, retail and supermarket chains, hotel, restaurant and catering buyers, food service and private-label buyers from the GCC, Africa, Asia and Europe. Both. Since 2026 Gulfood runs across Dubai World Trade Centre and the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai, roughly 35 km apart, with the sourcing sectors split between them. Two venues mean two sets of access rules, delivery routes and inspections inside one build-up window, so confirm your hall before the stand design is fixed.
