Exhibition Stand Contractor at Dubai World Trade Centre
Stand design, production and installation at Dubai World Trade Centre, the venue behind more of our delivered work than any other building.
Local venue knowledge. Global delivery discipline.
Built for the real conditions of Dubai World Trade Centre.
Dubai World Trade Centre is the venue behind more Beauty Sky stands than any other, and the one where the ceiling decides the design. Halls 1–8 run from roughly 1,800 to 4,752 m², and only Halls 3 and 4 clear 10 metres — the rest stop at 7.5, which is what rules a double deck in or out before anything is drawn. The Pavilion adds 3,427 m² at 9 metres. Build-up windows are fixed by the organiser and do not move, so hall position, delivery access and the order things arrive in are settled before fabrication starts. The stand height limit is not a venue-wide figure: it varies by hall and by show, and the number that governs your stand is the one in that organiser's exhibitor manual.
- Halls 1–8, 1,800–4,752 m² each
- Halls 3 and 4 at 10 m ceiling, the rest at 7.5 m
- The Pavilion, 3,427 m², 9 m ceiling
- Sheikh Saeed Halls, 15,081 m²
- Sheikh Rashid Hall, 7,703 m²
- Trade Centre Arena, 9,100 m²

Exhibition stand contractor questions in Dubai World Trade Centre.
How high are the halls at Dubai World Trade Centre?
Halls 1–8 are 7.5 metres to the ceiling, except Halls 3 and 4, which are 10. The Pavilion is 9. That number decides whether a double deck is possible before anything is drawn, so check which hall you are in before you approve a design. The maximum build height for your stand is set by the organiser, not the venue, and it is in the exhibitor manual.
How big are the halls?
Halls 1–8 run from roughly 1,800 to 4,752 m² each. Beyond them the Sheikh Saeed Halls add 15,081 m², Sheikh Rashid 7,703 m² and the Trade Centre Arena 9,100 m².
Can you build a double-deck stand at DWTC?
Yes, in a hall with the height for it, and subject to the organiser's structural approval. Engineering drawings go in with the stand submission rather than after it, so a double deck has to be decided early — it is the one choice that cannot be made late.
Who submits the stand drawings to the venue?
We do. Technical drawings, structural certification where it is required, and the inspection on site are ours to handle, not the exhibitor's.
Which shows does Beauty Sky build for at DWTC?
Beautyworld Middle East, Gulfood, Big 5 Global, Intersec, ArabPlast, WETEX and Arab Health among them. Each has its own planning page with dates and lead times.
