What a WHX Labs stand has to do.
WHX Labs is where laboratory and diagnostics companies meet distributors, hospital laboratories and procurement teams. Analysers and instruments have to be shown working, demonstrations run all day, and the commercial conversation needs a quiet room away from the aisle. We design and build laboratory exhibition stands for that brief, and have done so at this show for PureLab, Al Fahim Healthcare Solutions and Euroimmun.

What is WHX Labs Dubai 2027?
WHX Labs Dubai is the laboratory and diagnostics show formerly known as Medlab Middle East, run by Informa Markets. After its 25th-anniversary edition in 2026 it joins World Health Expo, which runs 25–28 January 2027 across Dubai World Trade Centre and the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City.

Yes. Beauty Sky is an approved exhibition stand contractor at Dubai World Trade Centre, so stand drawings and inspections go to the venue directly rather than through a third party.
What does a stand contractor handle at WHX Labs?
Everything that turns a laboratory brief into a working stand: the design, the drawings for the venue, fabrication in our own Dubai facility, power and data for live analysers, installation and dismantling. Laboratory stands are judged on whether the instruments actually run on the day, so we plan bench heights, power and cable routes before anything is built.
How early should we appoint a stand builder for WHX Labs?
Ten to twelve weeks before the show for a custom build, and earlier if the stand carries a double deck or heavy structure, because those go to the venue for structural approval first. The sequence is brief, concept, 3D sign-off, technical drawings, venue submission, fabrication, then build-up at Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre. Workshop capacity in Dubai fills before the organiser's technical deadline does, so the deadline that matters is not the one in the exhibitor manual.
