Design for the conversation that matters
What an Intersec stand has to do.
Intersec buyers come to see technology working. Integrators, specifiers and security directors judge a camera, a reader or a detector by handling it, so the stand has to run live demonstrations with clean power and data where hands will be, and still give sales teams a quiet room. We design and build custom exhibition stands for that brief — demonstration walls, interactive technology, meeting space and venue approvals as one delivery line.

Who exhibits at Intersec
Video surveillance, access control and biometrics, perimeter security, cybersecurity, fire detection and suppression, safety equipment and homeland-security suppliers, with national pavilions alongside.
Who attends
Security integrators and consultants, government and police procurement, facility and safety managers and distributors from the GCC, Africa and South Asia. They test before they talk, which is why exhibitors look for an approved exhibition stand contractor at Dubai World Trade Centre who can put working hardware within reach.
Before you appoint anyone
Questions exhibitors ask about Intersec.
Has Beauty Sky built exhibition stands at Intersec before?
Yes. Invixium are among the exhibitors we have built for at Intersec. Selected projects are shown on this page with photographs.
When and where is Intersec 2027?
Intersec Dubai runs 12–14 January 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai. Confirm build-up and breakdown times in the organiser's exhibitor manual, which sets the real deadline for a custom stand.
Is Intersec now Intersec Global?
Yes. The organiser now runs the show as Intersec Global. It is the same trade fair for security, safety and fire protection, at Dubai World Trade Centre on 12–14 January 2027, and most exhibitors still search for it as Intersec.
What does a stand at Intersec cost?
Beauty Sky quotes custom exhibition stands in Dubai from AED 1,000 per square metre, on a minimum stand size of 24 m². What moves the figure is structure, AV and finishes rather than floor area alone, so ask any builder for a line-by-line quotation that separates AV and rigging from the build, and check what the organiser bills you directly for space, power and rigging points.
More questions (7)
Is Beauty Sky an approved contractor at Dubai World Trade Centre?
Yes. Beauty Sky is an approved exhibition stand contractor at Dubai World Trade Centre, so stand drawings and inspections go to the venue directly rather than through a third party.
What does an exhibition stand contractor handle at Intersec?
Design, Dubai World Trade Centre drawings, fabrication, installation and dismantling, plus the part security exhibitors care about most: live hardware. Cameras, access control and fire equipment need power and data at the point of use and mounting that takes their weight, so we plan the demonstration walls with the products rather than around them.
Do you build country pavilions at Intersec?
Yes. We design and build country pavilions and national pavilions for ministries, trade agencies and pavilion organisers, and we can do the same at Intersec. Each gives a country one identity, with a space for every exhibiting company, shared meeting space and one contractor from design to handover.
Can you supply hostesses, models and catering at Intersec?
Yes, with or without the stand. We provide hosts and hostesses, models and brand ambassadors, interpreters, bar staff, VIP hospitality and transfers for Intersec, briefed on your product and supervised on site. The venue has its own hospitality team, so we check the exhibitor manual first and arrange food and drink the way the show allows.
How early should we appoint a stand builder for Intersec?
Ten to twelve weeks before the show for a custom build, and earlier if the stand carries a double deck or heavy structure, because those go to the venue for structural approval first. The sequence is brief, concept, 3D sign-off, technical drawings, venue submission, fabrication, then build-up at Dubai World Trade Centre. Workshop capacity in Dubai fills before the organiser's technical deadline does, so the deadline that matters is not the one in the exhibitor manual.
Can Beauty Sky manage design, production and installation in Dubai?
Yes. Beauty Sky coordinates the full delivery line from concept and technical development through fabrication, venue installation, opening-day readiness and handover in Dubai.
What should we send for an initial proposal?
Share the stand location and size, organizer manual, brand objectives, required spaces, product or demonstration needs, target budget and decision timeline.
