Dubai Exhibition Centre delivery
Exhibition Stand Builder at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City
Stand design, production and installation at the Dubai Exhibition Centre inside Expo City Dubai — the venue that has just doubled, and where GITEX now runs.
Local venue knowledge. Global delivery discipline.
Built for the real conditions of Dubai Exhibition Centre.
The Dubai Exhibition Centre is the newest major hall in the country and it has just changed size. Phase 1 completed in early 2026, taking indoor event space to 140,000 m² and daily visitor capacity to 50,000; Phase 2 is under way towards 160,000 m², and the full build reaches 180,000 m² across 1.2 kilometres by 2031. For an exhibitor the consequence is practical rather than impressive: GITEX Global has moved here from Dubai World Trade Centre for 8–11 December 2026, which means new hall layouts, new delivery and access routes, and technical drawings reviewed under Expo City's rules rather than DWTC's. A stand sized, routed and scheduled from a previous edition is planned for the wrong building. We have not yet built at this venue — almost nobody has, at its new size — and the useful thing we can offer about it is the planning, not a portfolio.

Exhibition stand contractor questions in Dubai Exhibition Centre.
Where is the Dubai Exhibition Centre?
Inside Expo City Dubai, on the former Expo 2020 site. It is a different venue from Dubai World Trade Centre, roughly 35 km further out, with its own access roads, delivery routes and technical rules.
What changed at the venue in 2026?
Phase 1 of the expansion completed in early 2026, taking indoor event space to 140,000 m² and daily visitor capacity to 50,000. Phase 2 is under way towards 160,000 m², and the full build reaches 180,000 m² across 1.2 kilometres by 2031.
Has GITEX moved here?
Yes. GITEX Global runs 8–11 December 2026 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, not at Dubai World Trade Centre. Only the one-day GITEX Summit stays at DWTC, on 7 December. A stand sized and routed from a previous edition is planned for the wrong building.
Has Beauty Sky built at this venue?
Not yet, and the page says so rather than showing Dubai work under an Expo City heading. The expansion completed this year and GITEX is its first edition here. What we can offer about this venue today is the planning — the access, the submission sequence and what the move changes — not a portfolio.
