About the show
What is Beautyworld Middle East 2027?
Beautyworld Middle East — now branded Beautyworld Dubai by its organiser, Messe Frankfurt Middle East — is the region’s largest trade fair for beauty, hair, fragrance and wellbeing. Its thirtieth edition in October 2026 drew 62,130 visitors, 42% from outside the UAE, to 1,300 exhibitors from 56 countries. Beautyworld Middle East 2027 runs 19–21 October and moves to the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City, a year after GITEX made the same move.

The venue has changed. Beautyworld moves to the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City for 2027. It is a relocation, not a second hall, and most listing sites still show the old venue.
Who exhibits at Beautyworld
Cosmetics and skincare manufacturers, fragrance houses and ingredient suppliers, hair and nail brands, personal care and hygiene producers, packaging and contract manufacturers, salon and spa equipment makers, and national pavilions presenting a country's beauty sector as one group. Most take a custom exhibition stand; the smaller first-time exhibitors take a shell-scheme booth and upgrade it.
Who attends
Distributors and importers, retail and e-commerce buyers, salon and spa owners, pharmacy and department store chains, private-label buyers and regional agents, drawn heavily from the GCC, the wider Middle East, Africa, the Indian subcontinent and the CIS. What does an exhibition stand contractor handle at Beautyworld Middle East?
The whole stand, from the first sketch to the last night of the show. As your Beautyworld stand contractor we design the stand, prepare the drawings for the 2027 venue at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, build the joinery, product walls and lighting in our own Dubai facility, install during build-up and dismantle afterwards. Beauty is the sector we build for most, so sampling counters, mirror lighting and stock storage are planned in rather than added late.
Shell scheme or custom booth at Beautyworld?
A shell-scheme booth is the organiser’s standard package of walls, fascia, lighting and carpet, booked with the space, and it suits a first-time exhibitor testing the market. A custom exhibition stand is designed and built for the brand, with lighting for cosmetics and fragrance displays, sampling counters, storage and a meeting area, and it is what most established beauty brands take at Beautyworld. Some exhibitors upgrade a shell-scheme booth with their own graphics and shelving as a step between the two.
How early should we appoint a stand builder for Beautyworld?
Ten to twelve weeks before the show for a custom build, and earlier if the stand carries a double deck or heavy structure, because those go to the venue for structural approval first.
