Beautyworld Riyadh is where international beauty brands meet the Saudi distributors and retailers who decide what enters the Kingdom. Buyers there are choosing partners, not browsing, so a stand has to explain the brand from the aisle, show the range under light that flatters it, and give the sales team a place to sit down with a distributor. We design and build custom beauty and fragrance stands for that brief, and country pavilions where a nation's brands share one floor, produced in Dubai and installed at Riyadh Front.

What is Beautyworld Saudi Arabia 2027?
Beautyworld Riyadh, formerly Beautyworld Saudi Arabia, is the Kingdom’s trade fair for beauty, fragrance, hair and personal care, organised by Messe Frankfurt. Its 2025 edition drew 17,719 visitors from 71 countries, up 29.5% on the year before, with exhibitors from 37 countries and national pavilions from France, Korea, China, Brazil, South Africa and Türkiye. The 6th edition runs 21–23 June 2027 at Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center.

The venue has changed. Beautyworld Riyadh has moved from the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center, where the 2025 edition was held, to Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, and from April to June. Cosmetics and skincare brands, finished fragrance and fragrance compound houses, hair, nail and salon suppliers, personal care and hygiene manufacturers, beauty tech, and supply-chain and service companies, alongside national pavilions grouping a country’s brands.
Who attends
Saudi distributors, importers, retailers and wholesalers, salon and spa owners, cosmetologists and beauty professionals, with buyers from across the GCC. The organiser describes them as choosing deliberately which brands enter the Kingdom, so the stand has to make the case for the brand and leave room to talk terms.

How does a Beautyworld Riyadh stand get from Dubai to Riyadh Front?
The stand is designed, fabricated and pre-assembled in our Dubai facility, then trucked to Riyadh, installed by the same project team with a local partner for on-site services, and dismantled after the show. Allow time for the road transport and customs clearance in the schedule, which is why we fix the design earlier for Riyadh than for a Dubai show.
Do you build country pavilions at Beautyworld Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We design and build country pavilions and national pavilions for ministries, trade agencies and pavilion organisers, and we can do the same at Beautyworld Riyadh. Each gives a country one identity, with a space for every exhibiting company, shared meeting space and one contractor from design to handover.
Can you supply hostesses, models and catering at Beautyworld Saudi Arabia?
Yes, with or without the stand. We provide hosts and hostesses, models and brand ambassadors, interpreters, bar staff, VIP hospitality and transfers for Beautyworld Riyadh, briefed on your product and supervised on site. Catering rules change by venue, so we check the exhibitor manual first and arrange food and drink the way the show allows.
