Services · Hospitality
Refreshment bars, business catering and VIP service for your stand, with the staff to run them through every show day.
Why it belongs in the plan
Food and drink keep people on a stand long enough to talk, but only if service moves through the space instead of cutting across it. So the bar, the storage and the service route are planned with the stand layout and the day's visitor flow.
All exhibition hospitality servicesVenue rules
| Venue | Who caters | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai World Trade Centre | DWTC's own hospitality team offers stand catering. | Check the exhibitor manual and arrange service the way the show allows. |
| Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City | DWTC Hospitality offers stand catering here too. | The same check, for each edition, because shows use both venues. |
| ADNEC, Abu Dhabi | ADNEC's own team is the venue's exclusive caterer. | Food goes through that route; our staff run the service around it. |
Before you order
It depends on the venue and the show, so check before you commit. The venue has its own catering team at DWTC and Dubai Exhibition Centre, and ADNEC has an exclusive caterer. We read the exhibitor manual and arrange it the way the show allows.
Yes. Bar and catering are booked on their own. We only need the stand plan, so service can be arranged around it.
Yes. Menus can be adapted to dietary requirements. Tell us your guests' needs when you book.
Only where the venue and event rules allow it. Mocktails work at any show, so the premium and VIP bars can be built around them.
A small storage or pantry area, a clear service route, and power and water if the bar needs them. These are cheap to design in and expensive to add during build-up, so tell your stand builder early.
It depends on the package, the number of guests, the show days and the venue's rules. Send the show, the stand and the number of guests and we return a proposal.
With the stand, where possible. Venue deadlines for catering and for power and water orders are usually set in the exhibitor manual, so the earlier the brief, the more options stay open.
