“Exhibition company” covers four kinds of firm in Dubai: organisers who run the shows, stand builders who design and build the stands, agencies who design and then subcontract the build, and event companies who produce stages and live programmes. Most exhibitors need a stand builder; many find an agency first.

Beauty Sky Exhibitions is a stand builder first. The stand is designed, engineered, fabricated and installed by one team, from our own production facility in Al Quoz. Through BS Expo, the same group is the official representative of major international plastics exhibitions in the Middle East, so we see a show from the organiser's side as well as the exhibitor's.

What is the difference between an exhibition company and a stand builder?
A stand builder is one kind of exhibition company: it designs and physically builds the stand. Organisers run the shows, agencies design and buy the build from someone else, and event companies produce stages. Ask any company which of these it is before you compare prices.
How do I compare exhibition companies in Dubai?
On the same brief, the same stand size and the same finish. Then check three things: whether the company builds in its own facility, whether it has built at your show before, and whether it can show finished stands with the show and the year, not only 3D renders.

For a custom stand, Beauty Sky quotes from AED 1,000 per square metre on a minimum of 24 m². Design-only work, pavilions and events are quoted per project.
