Stage fabrication and event set building in Dubai
Stages, scenic sets, backdrops and branded structures for events, made in our own Dubai workshop and installed by the same team.

Each project opens its own case study.
Before the first drawing
A stage is built like a stand, with one fixed hour.
Event agencies usually subcontract the build. We are the workshop: CNC routing, carpentry and joinery, metalwork, spray finishing and large-format printing are all in-house, and a set can be pre-assembled before it reaches the venue.

That matters because an event has less time on site than an exhibition. A set that has already stood up once in the workshop goes in faster, and any problem has been found while there was still time to fix it.
We work directly for brands and venues, and behind event agencies that need a fabrication partner.
Stages and platforms. Custom stages, risers, catwalks and presenter platforms, with a finish that matches the set.
Scenic sets and backdrops. Stage sets, backdrops and media walls made in timber, metal and print, including frames for LED.
Entrances and photo moments. Entrance arches, branded tunnels, photo walls and selfie structures.
Activations and kiosks. Branded kiosks, product displays and activation structures for malls and venues.
Gala and awards sets. Stage sets, podiums and branded structures for gala dinners, awards and conferences.
Installation and removal. Delivery, overnight installation, and removal after the event.

Before you appoint anyone
Stage fabrication questions.
Do you fabricate stages for events in Dubai?
Yes. We design and build custom stages, sets, backdrops and branded structures in our own Dubai workshop, and install them at the venue.
Can you build to a design from our agency?
Yes. We build to a design supplied by an agency or an in-house team, and we can develop the technical drawings from it.
Do you also supply lighting, sound and LED?
Yes. Lighting, sound and AV can be coordinated with the set, so one team answers for the stage. See event production.
How long does a stage take to fabricate?
It depends on the size and finishes, so send the design and the event date. A simple stage takes far less time than a set with custom joinery, so the earlier the brief, the more options stay open.
More questions (3)
Can you install overnight?
Yes. Event installs often run overnight to fit the venue's access window, and that is planned before production starts.
What does stage fabrication cost?
It is priced on the size, the structure, the finishes and the installation window. Send the drawings or a reference image with the venue and date, and we quote from that.
Do you work in Abu Dhabi as well?
Yes. Our National Day Festival work was delivered at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.
